Mara The Catbear was born on a dark and stormy night, abandoned as an infant, and raised by wolves in the wilds of Westchester County. At the age of nine, she escaped to New York City and taught herself to read while living in the Columbia University stacks. During that time, she learned to be a good human by watching 90s cartoons, running a small music venue, playing in a pool league, strategy gaming, and drafting Magic: The Gathering. She performs lyra and corde lisse, plays the piano and the guitar, and practices law in her spare time.
